Waterfowl
ink and color on silk, hanging scroll
signed and inscribed, dated lunar year gengzi (1780), with an artist seal, san ting zuo guan, two collector's seals, and a title slip by Ge Jieping (1912-1999).

款識：煙為行止水為家，兩兩三三睡暖沙。為謝離鸞兼別鵠，如何禁得向天涯。乾隆庚子（1780）秋八月，朱山寫。

題簽：清朱山翎毛立軸。字懷仁，號壽岩，又號蛻翁，烏程人，為清乾隆閒進士。一九八五年三月葛介屏（1912-1999）檢。
